It'll be the same great day, but a slightly different workout - including: bike, ski, farmers carry, echo, row & box step ups. Each team racks up as much distance as possible (141 miles = 1 loop of Tynedale!)![]()

Our congratulations to Owen Lockey for his Silver medal position at the Scottish Indoor Nationals in Glasgow. This was his first time at the new spacings and age groups, and his first race since his disappointment at the England Nationals - an impressive 'bounce-back'.![]()

He had two fantastic races, firstly winning his heat and then taking Silver in the final, in a new PB of 8.43secs!!![]()

Owen said: "Back better than ever with a Silver at Scottish Nationals, at under 16 level, and a new PB of 8.43secs. Thank you to Sport Tynedale for their continued support and also NFU Mutual for their 'Stan Calvert Bursary' sponsorship. Looking forward to the summer season"
